What to Expect?
Most people don't get too dressed up- especially on Saturday nights. But you can come however you feel comfortable.
If you're our guest for the first time, the only thing we'd like from you in the offering plate is a communication card (tear off the bottom of our weekly program). Your name and any additional information you feel comfortable giving us would be great.
When you get home, feel free to fill out our online questionnaire for first time guests. It helps us know how we did in making you feel special and welcomed your first day with us. Your candid honesty is helpful!
On Saturday evenings, children over age 4 enjoy the same, awesome program for kids that we have on Sundays located in the "Flight Center" (our children's building). Their program and the adult service both start at 6:00pm. Children under age 4 may attend one of the nurseries off the lobby or go to service with you.
Our "Quest" for teens also happens Saturday evenings in the youth building. Teens are excused from the main service after the worship to head over. There, they have a time where our expert youth staff answer some of the toughest questions teens face today. It's interactive, fun, and engaging for youth. (Mid and senior highers welcome.)
On Sundays, children under age 4 go to nursery in the classrooms off the main auditorium lobby.
Sundays at 8:00am, children age 4 through 5th grade start the service out with you in the auditorium. After the musical worship, the children are dismissed to the lobby. There, teachers lead them to the upstairs of the Flight Center. You are also free to accompany your child to class. You can pick your child up in the upstairs of the children's building after the 8:00 service.
At 9:30 or 11:00am, please drop your "age-4-through-5th-grade" children off before the services begin at the "Flight Center".
For more details on signing in and releasing of children, see our children's ministry page.
Mid-highers meet in the youth building at 9:30am. They have their own worship band and are led in their own service/youth group time by Pastor John Challinor.
Senior highers meet in the youth building at 11:00am. for their own worship service/ youth group with Pastor John Challinor.
With 4 identical services to choose from (Saturdays at 6:00pm, Sundays at 8:00, 9:30 & 11:00am.), you can choose a service that works best with your family's schedule. Whenever you decide to come to church, you will receive a warm welcome. We're glad you're with us.
If you're a young adult age 18-30, then you might want to check out our Young Adult Service. We call it "4:Twelve", based on 1 Timothy 4:12. It meets in the main auditorium on Sundays from 7:00-8:00p.m.
You've Gotta See This Thing
After several years of meeting in the local high school auditorium, the present campus finally got underway. As the main building gradually went up over the summer of 2004, a few of the Heights women got nervous. One finally asked Pastor Lee, "Is this going to be a man's building?" Pastor Lee immediately replied in the affirmative.

Baffled, the woman asked him why he would create and design a building for men when there were so many women attending church. Pastor Lee responded, "In all my years of ministry, I have never yet heard a single man say to me, 'If only I could get my wife to come to church with me.'"
So there you have it! No mauve. No carpet. No perfumed flower arrangements. But it is pure class down to the last detail.
The garage doors open off the lobby and in the main auditorium. In warm weather, you can feel the breeze blow through the well-appointed lobby as you overlook the lush green golf course across the street. In the winter, the huge windows in the garage doors provide tons of natural light.
And there's an outdoor fireplace under the huge ramada. Standing by the roaring fire is a smart place to be during the colder months!
After opening in November, 2004, people loved being able to eat and drink in the lobby or the auditorium. The stained concrete floors make virtually anything possible.
The chairs are arranged to fit the event- from rows to multiple aisles to round tables. The whole room is very multi-purpose, and the building is used 7 days a week.
By the way, at the Heights you can stand or choose to quietly sit during the worship. And there's no dress code.
So come on in, and see if God touches your life.
